Modus Operating Model covers components such as detail process levels, RACI, KPI, Governance, policy, Documents, Training, Critical path criteria. Operating Model Sustains the process of an organisation and with add on tools has the capability to govern and automate the process. It is a solution which enables business and business owners to build, sustain and improve there business process in the organisation.

The Operating Model describes how the activities in the Value Chain are executed:
- Level 0, Level 1, Level 2,Level 3 & Level 4 Processes
- Who does what
- How is success measured
The Operating Model (OM) describes how people will do their day to day jobs and the content of the OM is used in training and standard operating procedures.

1. AS-IS Operating Model
AS IS Operating Model process defines the current state of the business process in a organisation. Typically the analysis goal in putting together the current state process is to clarify exactly how the business process works today, kinks and all.
2. Transitional Operating Model
Transitional Operating Model helps build the view of changes in process areas across business operations, during the transitional period. It follows an agile way of managing process changes to help end users do their activity during transitional period.
3. TO BE Operating Model
TO BE Operating Model defines the future state of a business process in an organisation. Typically the analysis goal in putting together the future state process is to clarify how the business process will work, at some point in the future, once changes are made.
